The process includes creating a profile on the portal dashboard, which is reviewed and verified before becoming eligible to receive leads.
Leads are screened and connected to agents once the buyer is pre-approved by the preferred lender. Progress on each lead is tracked to ensure a seamless transaction with excellent customer service.
 | Buyer agents must have at least 24 months of experience as a full- time buyer agent and a minimum of 8 proven sales closed and in good standing. |
 | Listing agents must have at least 24 months of experience working as a full-time listing agent and a minimum of 8 proven sales closed in the last 12 months. |

 | Once an agent becomes a Vetted Yowzzer Partner Agent, they must maintain an average client satisfaction rating of at least 4.5 out of 5 stars. |

To be eligible for referrals from Yowzzer, you must:
| Enroll through the Yowzzer Portal. |
 | If there are no available openings in your desired market area, we will place you on our waitlist. |
 | Once a spot becomes available in your market, your Broker needs to complete and sign our Broker Participation Agreement. |
 | Upon signing the agreement, you will become eligible to receive referrals whenever a pre-approved client from our Vetted Preferred Mortgage Partner lenders seeks to buy or sell a property within your service region. |
