Buyer Rewards Guideline
When you buy a home through a Yowzzer Partner Agent, you unlock a rewards program designed to reduce costs and offer exclusive benefits. Our Partner Agents contribute part of their commission to fund the reward points you earn through completed activities, which are credited toward your closing costs, helping to minimize your home-buying expenses.
How It Works:
Reward Contribution: Yowzzer Partner Agents share a portion of their commission to fund your rewards. To qualify for full rewards, the agent’s commission must meet Yowzzer’s guidelines, and the home purchase price must be at least $200,000. Homes below this price do not qualify for rewards. If the commission or purchase price falls below the required threshold, you will still have access to limited rewards.
Limited Rewards Include:
- Watching informative videos
Lender credits toward closing costs (if working with a preferred lender)
Reward Points Program Summary:
To redeem full reward points, buyers must work with a Yowzzer Partner Agent who shares part of their commission. The agent must earn a minimum commission of 1.5% of the home purchase price (e.g., $3,000 on a $200,000 home). Homes priced below $200,000 do not qualify for reward points. If criteria are only partially met, buyers can still earn limited rewards based on the activities they complete. Customer rewards are only available where allowed by state law.

Why Yowzzer?
We understand that selling a home involves various costs, and recent market changes have introduced additional fees. Yowzzer’s goal is to help alleviate some of these financial burdens. By working with one of our partner agents, you can minimize your expenses and unlock rewards that help offset closing costs.
How It Works:
Commission Sharing: Yowzzer partner agents agree to share a portion of their commission to help fund the seller’s reward points. The total rewards you earn through completed activities will be credited towards your closing costs.
- Eligibility for Rewards: Homes listed at $200,000 or more qualify for full rewards if the agent earns a 1.5% minimum commission. If the commission is lower or your home is priced below $200,000, limited rewards may still apply.
- Full Rewards: List your home with a Yowzzer Partner Agent and earn rewards on homes priced at $200,000 or more, plus up to a 20% discount on the title premium at closing. You’ll also earn reward points for completing real estate activities, which can be applied as credit towards your closing costs. Rewards are available where permitted by state law.
Limited Rewards:
If the commission falls below the required threshold, you may still access limited rewards, which include:
- Access to discounted title company services
