Listing Fee Commission Structure To Earn Rewards:
Listing Fee: When you negotiate your listing fee with your Yowzzer partner agent you could be eligible for the full rewards benefits. Anything lower than the set amount required per Yowzzer guidelines, will qualify you for the limited rewards depending on final sold price of the home. (See commission guideline chart below)
1. For listings with a final sale price of $200,000 – $249,000,the listing commission for the selling agent must be no less than 3% in order to qualify for full reward incentives.
2. For listings with a final sale price of $250,000 – $399,000,the listing commission for the selling agent must be no less than 2.5% in order to qualify for Full Reward incentives.
3. For listings with a final sale price of $400,000 – $700,000,the listing commission for the selling agent must be no less than 2% in order to qualify for Full Reward incentives.
4. For listings with a a final sale price of $701,000-$999,000, the listing commission for the selling agent must be no less than 1.5% in order to qualify for Full Rewards Incentives.
5. For listings with a a final sale price of $1,000,000 and above,the listing commission for the selling agent must be no less than 1% in order to qualify for Full Rewards Incentives.
