Prior to entering real estate, Eric Rose’s career in the music and film industry afforded him opportunities to work with Grammy/Emmy award winning producers and directors, and he also shared the stage with national recording artists. As fate would have it, after a five-year run, his career shift brought him into property management. Commencing his Real Estate career in 2003, Eric has spent the first part of his career working in the property management sector, with the last 15 years, bringing an extensive amount of experience to multiple Real Estate transactions.

In 2017 he was hired as the general sales manager for a prominent Keller Williams Team. Increasing sales volume and beating previous years numbers, was proven by the teams consistent awards achieved as top closed group, and top sales volume.  In 2019 he was afforded the opportunity to work for Berkshire Hathaway and in 2020 his persistence has led him to be ranked top 5 in the Winter Springs Berkshire Office, ranked 16% nationally with Berkshire Hathaway, and increased his sales volume by 33% .  In 2020 Eric has also been recognized as an ORRA Top Producer Million Dollar Club member.

However, Eric realizes it’s not about the awards or the accolades that matter, it’s about taking the time to listen to people and understand what people want. Eric has a genuine concern for his clients needs and is known for delivering successful results.

Whether he is searching for a moderately priced home for a first-time buyer, or selling a luxury property for a high-profile client, Eric treats every client with the utmost level of priority.  His loyal clientele with their repeat business and personal referrals, has been a key component of his overall success in his real estate career.  His main goal is making sure every single instance feels seamless for his clients.

​Eric collaborates to manage the full lifecycle of real estate acquisitions and sales servicing the unique needs of the private client, with a specific focus on athletes and entertainers, in over 100 international markets. The Next Move Team collectively closes over $1.5 BILLION in residential real estate over a rolling 12-month period.
